Do you assign us the same cleaner(s) every time or are they rotated?

You’ll have the same cleaner or cleaning team for each clean. This ensures you receive a consistent service and quality.

What if I'm not happy with the quality of work?

We’ll fix it immediately and at our cost. We are absolutely committed to making sure that you receive the quality you’ve agreed to receive.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. We don’t lock our customers into long-term contracts. We’re confident you’ll love the quality of service we provide and won’t want to change. However, you’re free to move on at any time without obligation.

How soon can you start work?

We can typically start work within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order.

Can I try before I buy?

We have excellent reviews from previous customers which demonstrates the quality of our services.  We therefore don’t typically offer a free trial.

How do you determine pricing?

Our prices are determined by visiting your site and drawing up a “scope of work” document. Then we offer you a fixed price based on that work. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time but won’t surprise you. We’ll give you 4 weeks notice of any pricing changes and make sure you’re agreeable before changes are applied.

Do you do one-off cleans?

Only for bond cleans. For all other cleans we’re committed to developing long-term relationships with our customers.

Are your cleaners safe and trustworthy?

We run police checks on all our cleaners before they join us. They are also trained to offer a professional and ethical service.

What hours do you work?

We work all hours of the day, night and at weekends; whatever works best for your business.

What other services do you provide?

We offer a range of added services for our customers. Please ask us when we’re quoting?
